Detailed Package Information

WebSCS provides six different packages to address different needs and provide the optimal solution for each type of business. We can also create custom packages that meet your every need.

Master Vendor Package (MVP)
Our premium package, the MVP, is designed to support the needs of an organization dealing with multiple agencies, branch offices, or groups of agencies. An agency, in WebSCS, can be different staffing agencies or simply different branch offices for a single staffing agency. The Master Vendor Package allows unrestricted access to every feature in the system. Web-based access can be provided to each agency or branch and their clients, units, and employees.

  • Provides full functionality of the Corporate Agency function. This is the only package with this feature. A Corporate Agency is a grouping of agencies or branch offices, allowing contacts to be inherited by the agencies in each group and user accounts to be created at the Corporate Agency access level. Corporate Agency users are restricted to accessing the information specific only to those agencies joined to their corporate agency access level.   • Allows creation of new profiles in every function. New agencies or branch offices can be created, new clients and units can be setup, and additional employee profiles can be created and assigned to a parent agency. Each function has a diverse set of features to help capture all possible credentials, requirements, and profile information. Contacts can also be setup at each level to capture complete contact information for every profile.
  • Potential to create creation of new users "on the fly". This is the only package with this feature. All other packages require that a new-user request be submitted to administration. Under this package, new users can be created at any access level, giving you the option to provide corporate agencies, agencies, clients, units, and employees access to the system to review and/or update information as needed. Each user, however, will only be able to access the information that you specifically allow them to review or update.
  • Includes the Applicant function, a function exclusive to this package. This is an extremely useful feature for recruitment and accepting applications for employment. Applicant profiles contain all the information that you would find on a resume. They also capture interview information. In addition, applicants can provide information about where they would like to work, their availability, their credentials, and even their shift preferences. Once an applicant has completed the hiring process, all of this information can be transferred into a new employee file with the click of a button. Also available, as an add-on, we can provide you with an online application that submits directly into WebSCS and immediately creates a new applicant profile.   • Features the Job Board function, another exclusive feature to this package. The job board is similar to the scheduling function in the fact that it outlines clients' needs and allows you to fill them, however the job board allows the tracking and scheduling of long-term, semi-permanent, or permanent positions.   • Offers the Corporate Client function. A corporate client is a grouping of clients, enabling them to share contacts and credential requirements. User logins can also be given corporate client access levels which will allow them to review information only on the clients in that corporate client group. These groups can also be used when running reports to return the results only for the clients within a specific corporate client.   • Includes the use of our Scheduling function, the heart of WebSCS. Using relationships, profiles, credentials, and requirements in the system, the scheduling function completes the connection between all ends of the staffing industry. Employee credential requirements, client orientation requirements, bill and pay rate settings and expirations, client contracts, and more! All of these features come together when a shift is created in the scheduling system to minimize human entry-errors, minimize overhead, and maximize profitability and efficiency.   • Presents a way to sub-license WebSCS to other agencies, groups of agencies, or clients, providing the potential for a new revenue stream! Ask our sales department for more details if you're interested in becoming a WebSCS reseller.

Corporate Agency Package (CPA)
This package is designed to support the needs of an organization spanning multiple staffing agencies or branch offices. A Corporate Agency is a grouping of agencies or branch offices. Under this package, the only accessible corporate agency will be your own. You are able to create new agencies and branch offices in the system, however you cannot group them together into new corporate agencies.

  • Allows profile information for agencies or branch offices, clients, units, employees, and contacts to be created or modified. Each of these functions has its own set of features, relationships, requirements, and credentials. To learn more about these functions, use the top menu to select which function you want to read about.
  • The ability to maintain a detailed list of agencies or branch offices, assigning specific contacts, clients, and employees to each. This can only be done by the highest login level in this package, the corporate agency access level.
  • Creation of Agency level logins, specific to a single agency or branch office. Each agency level user is restricted to the employees, clients, units, and shifts which are exclusively assigned to that user's agency or branch office.
  • Provides your clients, units, and employees with logins into WebSCS to review and/or update their information as needed.
  • Includes the use of our Scheduling function, the heart of WebSCS. Using relationships, profiles, credentials, and requirements in the system, the scheduling function completes the connection between all ends of the staffing industry. Employee credential requirements, client orientation requirements, bill and pay rate settings and expirations, client contracts, and more! Agency Package (AGE)
The Agency Package is designed to support the needs of a staffing agency with a single branch office. An agency having only one main office with a need for staffing one or more locations will benefit most from this package. Under this package, new agencies or branch offices cannot be created.

  • Allows profile information for clients, units, employees, and contacts to be created or modified. Each of these functions has its own set of features, relationships, requirements, and credentials.   • Provides the ability to request new logins for clients, units, and employees. Clients have benefits such as online invoices, scheduling, and employee review. Employees also have many features available to them, including online timecard printing, scheduling, and availability updating.
  • Includes the use of our Scheduling function, the heart of WebSCS. Using relationships, profiles, credentials, and requirements in the system, the scheduling function completes the connection between all ends of the staffing industry. Employee credential requirements, client orientation requirements, bill and pay rate settings and expirations, client contracts, and more! Corporate Client Package (CPC)
The Corporate Client package is designed for companies in need of staffing services at multiple locations. In WebSCS, a Corporate Client is a grouping of clients, organizations in need of health care staffing services. The benefit that the Corporate Client package has over the Client pack is that corporate clients can create and manage multiple locations, while the client package is catered for a single location only.

  • Provides a centralized solution for the needs of organizations having multiple facilities in need of health care staffing. Instead of working with multiple agencies and systems, trying to track invoices from different businesses, and keep track of employees working at your locations from different staffing companies, let WebSCS do it all for you and have it available online from any location!
  • Creation and management of all of the client locations, accessible only by those users with corporate client level access. They can update their needs, requirements, and/or procedures at any time. In addition to reviewing and updating, new users can be created for each location, each with client or unit level access. Users with client or unit level access are restricted to accessing only their own location's information.
  • Provides the ability to enter new needs, confirm shifts, enter employee preferences, print schedules, run reports for each location, review and rank employees, and more! Instead of tracking each employee, just logon to review employee credentials and previous shifts. Instead of dealing with complicated invoices from different companies, centralize your services with WebSCS and receive a single invoice, printable at any time, and review each shift on that invoice effortlessly.

Client Package (CLI)
This package is designed for companies in need of staffing services at a single location. You can update any of the location's procedures, requirements, and contacts. In addition, online invoices, schedules, and employee profiles and credentials are available at your fingertips.

  • Provides a centralized solution for a facility in need of health care staffing. Instead of working with multiple agencies and systems, trying to track invoices from different businesses, and keep track of employees working at your location from different staffing companies, let WebSCS do it all for you and have it available online from any location!
  • Update the needs, requirements, and/or procedures for your location at any time. In addition to reviewing and updating, new users can be created with unit level access. Users with unit level access are restricted to accessing only their own unit's information.

Profile Management Package (MGT)
This is a "bare-bones" package, designed for any company in need of a centralized profile management system. We realize that there may be some organizations with no need for all of the functions and features available, so we have decided to provide a customizable "bare-bones" package, basically allowing you to select the specific WebSCS components you would like available to you. Under this package, however, we do not offer the scheduling function or the job board function.

While WebSCS has been designed to provide a complete online health-care staffing solution, we realize that the features in the system may also be useful in other industries or for other purposes. This package is specifically meant to provide a means to manage profile information for employees and companies. By using the profile management flexibility within WebSCS, a user can create a complicated hierarchy of contacts and relationships, if needed, and run reports for each.

All Packages Include
All packages include a number of features and functions, plus a subset of reports specific to your package, a common set of tools available to every user, and the ability to have up to 15 user logins created for any access level supported by your package.

Every package includes every possible level of security, from the first day of use, to ensure your information remains secure, safe, and private.

All your company's information will be housed in our high-speed, secure, redundant multi-server platform. Your data is protected behind two firewalls, load-balanced between multiple encrypted web-servers, and backed up at four different intervals throughout the day to two (2) different backup mediums to provide optimal failsafe recovery.

Three (3) initial online web-training sessions are included in every package. The first is for executives and administration, the second is meant for end-users, and the third is an optional session. Usually scheduled one week after the second training session, it is geared towards answering questions. Training is conducted online through the use of Micrsoft Live Meeting.

In addition to these training sessions, additional training sessions are available for a fee. Downloadable tutorials are also available from our support section.

Additional Services
Available to everyone is the ability to purchase additional services and add-ons to customize and enrich your WebSCS package.

    - Custom Report Generation
        If you have a need for a report that is not available, we will create it for you.
    - Training
        If three online training sessions are not enough, additional sessions, as
        well as in-person training can be purchased.
    - Technical Support
        We are always happy to help with questions that you may encounter during the use of our system.

        If you need to integrate any of the features in WebSCS with your online website,
